Maldybayev Oralbek Beysembayevich
Born – April 10, 1922; Birth place – Kok Jota village, Samar region, EKO
Participant of Great Patriotic War. Since 1948 he has been living and working in Ust-Kamenogorsk. He headed Obkom of Komsomol ( “Regional Comitee of Komsomol”), he also was the first secretary of Obkom of Tradeunions for mettalurgic workers. After a row of replacements by party line till his retirement in 1984 he was in charge of oblast department of culture. He was returned continually to Soviet of deputies as representative on different levels. He was awarded 5 orders, many medals and honored diplomas.
