Zaycev Nikolay Alekseevich
Born – May 17, 1947; Birth place – Karagayskoye village, Chelyabinskaya oblast, Russia.
Headmaster of oblast ethnographic museum. Honored worker of culture of republic. He is creator and manager of museum. During his service he turned museum into scientific and educating centre for ethnography and history of culture in Eastern Kazakhstan region and countrywide. He made a huge contribution to make Ust-Kamenogorsk to be the one of the most beautiful cities in republic. He was awarded honorary certificate of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Laureate of Oblast Akim’s ( Major) prize.
