Zheksenev Zakiriya Zheksenevich
Born – July 1, 1913-2005; Birth place – Akmolinsk( now – Astana)
Participant of Great Patriotic War. Served different military positions in border lines, in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakh SSR. From 1947 to 1983 was in charge of Eastern Kazakhstan oblast’s Region Internal Affairs Directorate. He achieved very positive results during his term and educated several generations of young policemen. For best service he was awarded the order of Military Red Ensign. In 1963, he was awarded with the order of “Police commissioner of 3rd rank”.
