In the 50-es of the last century active housing started: on the streets Gogolya and Bazhova 2-storied houses were built. New local communities appeared (Stroyploshadka, block “B”), many high schools were put into service. City needed experienced engineers, builders, powermen. There was no much space at Pushkin’s to all comers. Then, in Metallurgov Street 13’s new building, large wide hall on Block”B”, was found out. Its room space amounted to 180 square kilometers.
There are no archive data about its opening, but some records in Registration Book (d/d January 19, 1954) and Charging Book (within 1954). According to Charging Book employee stuff was up to 3 persons.
