Contest
The Best Library which Works with Club Associations

1.      General Proposition
1.1. The contest is tended to:
— stimulate the library activity to work with different reading societies;
— find out creative potential as the leader of the society as its members;
— improve professional level of the librarians;
— generalize interesting experience of the club activities;
— Encourage the librarians for attracting new members of the club among different societies of the citizens ;

2.Content's terms
2.1. The Contest is held from the  1st og January to  1st of November 2011y.
2.2. All the libraries,  branches and divisions of CLS take part in the contest
2.3. Each library- participant must create a program of activities for a new club at the library and pass it till  the 1 of November,  2011
The program must include:
The plan of work with the club for a year:
-  Form, name, aims and tasks of the club sittings.  Ф
Using new technologies in the club activities:
-    creating electronic presentations in the kind of creation reports (40 slides)
-    design accumulating files in the electronic form.
- creating a new page about the club in the site www.kitaphana.kz  with constant renewing, with announce of events, news and photos.;
Advertisement and Information activity:
-  accumulating file about the club's job
-   printing items (pamphlets, leaflets, photos of the sittings)
- articles in a newspaper «Holiday for Everybody» (notes,scripts of the sittings)
-    advertising actions, mass media publications.
2.4. The contest works  (in electronic form) must be introduced to the Innovations and Methods section . Dead-line-  October 15,  2011 y.
2.5. The main criteria of the contest:vitality of the re-founded or the new society and a number of the members.
2.6.On October 28,  2011 y. The final presentation of the results of the program will be held..
2.7. The final results of the contest will be held November 15, 2011 y.
2.8. Rewarding the winners  will be held at the “Librarian's Day” corporative party on November 25,  2011 y.
2.9.  The contest results will be introduced in Mass Media and published.

3.      Content's terms
3.1. CLC Library Innovations and Methods Section is in charge of the Contest Organization
3.2. The Committee  will consider the programs till November 15 ,  2011 according to the table of criteria.
3.3. The winners will be rewarded with valuable gifts for the club, memorable prizes and certificates.
